Celebrate the festival of lights with a box of 16 hand-finished chocolates, inspired by the flavours of Indian sweet tables and chai stalls. Each chocolate is topped by hand with petals, nuts and gold, in the colours of Diwali. The box has eight flavours.

The flavours

Mango: white chocolate with a sweet, sun-ripened mango centre, finished with pistachio, crumb and violet flowers.

Marsala Chai: dark chocolate ganache infused with warm black tea and spices, topped with rose petals.

Fig: a bright red shell with a jammy fig centre, topped with crumb and dried hibiscus.

Rose: a pink shell with a fragrant rose ganache, topped with rose petals.

Coconut Barfi: a soft, creamy chocolate inspired by the classic Indian coconut sweet.

Cashew Praline*: a deep purple shell with a smooth cashew praline centre and a brushstroke of gold.

Pistachio*: a pale yellow shell with pistachio ganache, topped with chopped pistachio.

Cardamom Pistachio*: a green shell with pistachio ganache lifted by cardamom, topped with chopped pistachio.

A gift for sharing: the box opens to a royal blue interior stamped with JANICE WONG, pure imagination.
