For every S$1 spent, you get to earn 3 Cacao Credits.

How can I track my Cacao Credit balance?

You can track your Cacao Credit balance by logging into your account on the Janice Wong Singapore website. Once you're logged in, your balance should be visible within the loyalty program widget, which is located in the bottom right corner of the website.

How do I redeem my Cacao Points?

You can redeem your rewards by logging into your account on the Janice Wong Singapore website and accessing the loyalty program widget, located at the bottom right corner of the website.

Can I get Cacao credits when making a purchase in-store?

No, you are not able to earn Cacao credits when making an in-store purchase. Cacao Credits can only be earned on purchases made through janicewong.online

Will my Cacao credits expire?

No. Currently, Cacao Credits do not have an expiration date. This is a limited time offer promotion.

How do I check my tier status?

Your current tier status can be viewed within the loyalty program widget. After opening the widget, scroll to the bottom of the main page.

How does my tier cycle work?

Your tier cycle begins when you join the loyalty program. At present, tiers do not have an expiration date.

Will my tier be downgraded when I redeem my points?

No, currently redeeming your Cacao Points will not cause your tier to be downgraded.

How do I opt in for Email Subscription?
