Refund policy

ORDERING, CANCELLATIONS AND/OR REFUNDS:

• Janice Wong Singapore ensures that all products available on our website are as accurate and current as possible.

• Images are for illustration purposes only and actual products may vary.

• Orders for next day pick-up/delivery should be placed before 5pm. Orders placed after 5pm will be sent out the following day.

• Our delivery timings occur between 10am - 6pm, Monday to Sunday

• We will process refunds and/or partial refunds if we are unable to fulfil orders or are out of stock of any items.

• Any goods delivered which are damaged/ wrong item delivered will be replaced 1 for 1 at no additional charge. Refunds for damaged goods/wrongly delivered goods will be considered on a case by case basis.
