Delivery & Returns


  • All cakes and chocolates must be refrigerated at all times.
  • For express or same day delivery, please email us at before 2pm and we will try our best to accommodate. Alternatively you may check us out on Grabmart.

  • Delivery is available island wide within Singapore. International deliveries are unfortunately not available now.
  • For next day delivery, please ensure that orders are placed before 5pm. Orders placed after 5pm will be dispatched on the subsequent day. Please be aware that we may be unable to fulfil next day shipping requests if our production schedule cannot accommodate the production of goods.
  • Standard deliveries are chargeable at $18/location. Any request for specific delivery timing will incur an additional surcharge of $15. 
  • Our deliver timings are between 10am – 6pm, Mondays to Saturdays. Please inform us in advance if there are timings to avoid. There are no deliveries on Sundays. Please check us out on Grabmart should you need a Sunday delivery. Delivery hours may differ on major public holidays.
  • Orders for self collection are after 12pm.
  • Our drivers are unfortunately not able to wait for the recipient to return home. In the event of an unsuccessful delivery attempt, the delivery will be marked as failed, and arrangements for re-delivery or self pick-up will be initiated on the following working day.
  • For any unsuccessful deliveries, redeliveries or changes of address, a re-delivery fee of $18 per location is chargeable. This must be paid before the reattempt is scheduled for the next working day.
  • For the sake of liability and our commitment to food safety, we prefer not to leave temperature-sensitive items unattended. Should you still wish for our drivers to leave the items outside the premises, please understand that we cannot be held responsible for the condition of the items thereafter.
  • We do engage third party vendors to provide delivery services from time to time.
  • Please ensure the accuracy of billing and shipping addresses and contact information are correct to avoid any potential errors or delays in delivery. 
  • If there are any changes to your order, please inform us 24 hours in advance.
  • Proof of delivery notification is available upon request. We are not liable for any damages after delivery.
  • While we endeavour to fulfil all orders to the best of our ability, Janice Wong Pure Imagination shall not be held liable for failure to deliver on time due to unforeseen circumstances such as vehicle’s breakdown, traffic conditions and/or other circumstances that extend beyond our control. 
  • Deliveries may also be delayed during peak seasons leading up to festivals like Chinese New Year, Mid Autumn Festival and Christmas.
