Now available in chocolate and baked varieties, both varieties come in four flavours, drawn from the culture and heritage of Singapore and Southeast Asia and individually painted into edible works of art.
Chocolate Mooncakes

Kaya Gula Melaka Pandan Coconut borrows local influences of the straits with a fragrant gula Melaka kaya central ganache layered with pandan coconut. The Yam Jasmine pairs the unlikely duo of floral cream with buttery yam custard. Richer tastes are apparent with the Salted Egg Orange Rum (contains alcohol) that brightens the salty and savoury butter notes of salted egg yolk with a bittersweet orange rum. For an Oriental taste journey, opt for the Yuan Yang brown Rice Tea Hazelnut that delivers all the fragrance of tea laced with hazelnut with each bite.

Indulge in the baked varieties with four distinct flavours, each clothed in dress skins of their own identifying colour.
The Salted Egg Custard is a golden treat the colour of the sun, biting into salty buttery salted egg filling. The Roasted Soy Bean Macadamia is a nutty delight robed in rose, in which crunchy ground macadamia dovetails with the umami notes of roasted soy bean for a delight of taste and texture. In calming green, the Pistachio Longan Blossom bursts with nuttiness from the first bite of the skin to the way the pistachio paste within coats the palate. Sweeten the deal with Honey Mireia Vanilla, a mooncake tinged in regal purple to unveil the many sweet nuances of honey and deep floral notes of Mireia vanilla within.
Each mooncake is individually hand-painted, transforming tradition into edible art.
